Haley : Oh, thanks, buddy. I got to go. I'm late. I got to pick up Mia from the studio and go over to Peyton's for her baby shower. Do you think you can drop him off on your way out of town Lucas is gonna watch him.
Brooke and Haley throw Peyton a baby shower, while Sam grows closer to Victoria. Lucas and Jamie bond while working on Peyton's car, and Nathan learns that NBA scouts will be at his next game. Meanwhile, Skills and Lauren go on a date that goes all wrong.
House then gets into an argument with Cuddy. Cuddy claims House is only refusing amputation to oppose her, bitter over her engagement with Lucas, at which point House calls her a pathetic narcissist. Cuddy then tells House to move on with his life, and insults House further by telling him that she and Wilson are moving on with their own lives and the only one left behind is House, who has nothing.
In pain from his leg, various wounds, Hanna's death, and Cuddy's earlier comment, he rips his bathroom mirror out of the wall revealing a hidden cavity behind it, where he had a final stash of Vicodin. Collapsing, he opens a bottle and takes out two pills, thinking that Vicodin is his only way of feeling better. As he is getting ready to take them, Cuddy arrives. She reveals that she ended the relationship with Lucas, because she realized that she truly loves House. Despite having a new fiancé, all she can think about is House, and couldn't live in peace without knowing if they could ever work as a couple. House stands up and walks over to Cuddy and then they share in a tender kiss. House stops and asks if he is hallucinating this and she asks if he took the Vicodin. Realizing it was still in his hand, House drops the pills on the floor. They both smile at each other, sharing another kiss and joining hands.
\"Everything we put in place this year, we put in place so that we could continue it next year. And that's just the bottom line. This entire story line was in place so that Dan and I could continue it next year. So, if anyone thinks that I threw something at the fans - and why I would want to throw something upsetting at the fans when all they've done is support the show - it's a little nutty. We threw the story line out there because we knew where we were going next year. Dan and I knew.\"
In the same interview, they emphasize the importance of complex storytelling and following the characters to places that feel \"true.\" I was never one of those people who believed the Palladinos sabotaged the show out of spite, butttttt I do feel like they lost sight of the characters and how to create believable conflict by the end of S5. If they had stuck with the show through S7, how do we think they would have played this Based on \"AYitL,\" we know the season would have ended with Rory's pregnancy reveal, which tells us everything we need to know about the quality of ideas firing around at this point
Sharpest insult or one-liner:When Luke shows up unannounced at Lorelai's house and grills Patty on her whereabouts, she expertly uses Mikhail Baryshnikov (Aleksandr Petrovsky) as a diversion.
I guess one could argue that Emily genuinely thinks Chris and Lynnie might be a good match, but we all know that's not how she rolls. She would never fix up Lorelai's perpetual benchwarmer with another woman. The show doesn't exactly play it this way, but it all feels very strategic considering past behavior. Emily knows Lorelai is primed for a rebound, and who better to rebound with than the person she always rebounds with. Stoke a little jealousy, plant the seed of an idea, and then it's wham bam thank you ma'am. Emily is surely no stranger to the amount of seed that's been spilled on her balcony (sorry, that was gross).
The families of Tree Hill draw closer as Lucas bonds with Jamie while working on Peyton's car, Sam develops a connection with Victoria, and Brooke and Haley throw Peyton a baby shower. Meanwhile, Nathan's ambitions seem closer than ever when he learns that an NBA scout will be watching his next game.
In the sixth season premiere, Tree Hill residents must make a decision that will change their lives forever. Lucas finally pursues his dream with the woman he loves, Brooke must face a reunion with her mother, Mouth makes a revelation, Nathan and Haley must face a ghost from their past and the news of Dan's accident is slowly beginning to spread.
Brooke is shocked to find out that Samantha is in her room with a boy named Jack. Along with that, Julian asks her to make some clothes for the movie. Peyton tries to get Mia to focus on her follow-up album. Lucas is excited when he travels to Hollywood to meet the director of the movie. Meanwhile, Nathan gets the chance for a pro-basketball try-out. Haley takes Jamie to his school's talent show and Millicent confronts Mouth about Gigi.
We believe that everyone should have access to reliable and trustworthy information about their favorite shows, and we strive to be the premier destination for women seeking that information. Whether you're looking for recaps, fan theories, or just want to connect with other fans, we've got you covered.
Lorelai wakes up at Sookie and Jackson's place and is now trying desperately to avoid Luke. Logan graduates from Yale, with both Rory and the Huntzberger clan in attendance. Taylor must deal with a bevy of street musicians who have descended upon Stars Hollow now that the town troubadour has left after striking a record deal. The dejected singer returns only to find that his turf has been overrun with musicians. At Friday night dinner, Emily tries to set up Christopher with a comely psychologist named Carolyn, but he has no interest in her and asks Lorelai to bail him out. At the evening's end, Lorelai pours her heart to Carolyn, discussing her relationship woes with her. It's Logan's final night in the U.S., and Rory throws a Britain-themed party for Logan, complete with a look-alike of Her Majesty, cardboard cutouts of Big Ben and the Buckingham Palace guards, and an appropriately styled Rory wearing wearing knee-high go-go boots. Rory and Logan discuss their relationship as he prepares to depart for England. They share an emotional good-bye the next morning right before Logan heads to the airport. The episode concludes with a frantic Lorelai confronting Luke about their wedding date. Lorelai, distraught, shows up at Christopher's door and spends the night with him.
Leonard is teaching Penny how to launch a toy foam rocket using his computer. Her first shot hits Sheldon in the head, who tells her that she is lucky that he is out of silly string. Sheldon discovers that Professor Proton, the Mr. Wizard of his youth, is alive. Penny then hits Leonard in the head. Leonard tells Penny that he was pretty cool. Penny quips that it's cute when he uses the word \"cool\" wrong. He is now available to perform at children's birthday parties. Sheldon wants to hire him so he can do experiments for them, hang out with them, and maybe even take twelve photos with them to make their own calendar. Leonard thinks that it would be awesome to hang out with him and then remarks to Penny that he must have misused the word \"awesome\". Sheldon emails him as Leonard and Sheldon sing his theme song: \"Grab your goggles, put your lab coat on. Here he comes, Professor Proton.\"
At the Caltech cafeteria, Raj asks Howard to watch his dog over the weekend while he spends time in the telescope lab. Howard asks him why he doesn't just put her in a kennel. Raj snaps asking why he doesn't put his mother in a home. Howard feels that she would probably be better off in the kennel. Howard says that he'll talk to his wife about sitting Raj's dog. Sheldon comes running in to announce that Professor Proton will be coming to their place. Leonard is excited, while Howard calls it a \"lame kid's\" show which gets him uninvited. Howard wonders how Sheldon got him to come. Sheldon then quotes Professor Proton, \"There is no problem you can't solve if you use your brainnoggin.\" and later says that he wrote him a big check.
Raj shows up at Howard and Bernadette's Apartment with his Yorkie, Cinnamon in a fancy stroller telling the dog that she is going to have a sleepover at Uncle Howard's place. Howard tells Raj that if he had a stroke, his dog would feed on him. Her diet consists of people food including veal chops and scampi, though Raj is watching her weight. He also has to close the toilet seat since she drinks out of it. Howard talks to Cinnamon telling her he knows what it's like to have psychotic mother.
Sheldon is staring out the peephole because Professor Proton is late. Penny tells him to relax since he was only a few minutes late. Sheldon counters that when he was on television he was never late unless tornadoes were tearing apart east Texas which meant that they would join his show \"already in progress\". Professor Proton calls Sheldon to say that he is stuck on the third floor building landing having to walk up three flights of stairs taking half an hour to do so. All three of them find Professor Proton sitting on his suitcase with Sheldon exclaiming, \"It's really you!\" Leonard apologizes that they should have told him about the broken elevator. Exhausted, the Professor agrees. Sheldon tells him that it is an honor to meet him. The Professor says to just call him Arthur. Sheldon is thrilled that it means that they are now friends. Arthur remarks that a friend would have told him about the elevator. Sheldon then gets as close to him as he wants without his mother telling him that it is going to ruin his eyes. Arthur asks Leonard whether Sheldon is dangerous. Leonard replies that he is a genius, which doesn't answer the Professor's question. Leonard introduces himself and Penny whom the Professor obviously likes. Arthur apologizes that he hopes he hasn't kept the kids waiting too long, but he is confused when he learns that there is no children's birthday party. As they climb the final stairs, he says that since the blonde} girl is really his girlfriend that Leonard is the true genius. 59ce067264
